and Welcome to Mystical Legends Web Site.
My
name is Phil Stephens and I am the owner of
Mystical Legends Guide Service. I have been
fishing the rivers I currently guide on for
many years. I started fishing most of these
when I was about 8 years old. I started fishing
the small streams by my house for the sizable
and at that time plentiful Sea run Cutthroat
trout that inhabit most streams here in the
Northwest.
After
hooking my first Steelhead while trout fishing
a small stream by my house, I was hooked!
Salmon were next.
In
1996 I decided to try my hand at guiding and
found that I enjoyed it as much as the fishing
itself. There's nothing that gives me more
pleasure than watching the look on my clients
faces when they hook into a fish. From young
to old, male or female. I offer trips for
everyone with every level of experience.

United States Coast Guard licensed and approved
as well as being fully insured. I am also
First Aid CPR Certified and trained. Be assured,
